All transcriptionists employed by ManagedMedical are licensed pharmacists, nurses, or possess a nursing and medical background. Our transcriptionists:
- understand medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments

Triple-Tier Quality Assurance
To reduce the chance of patients receiving ineffective or even harmful treatments and to ensure high-quality patient care, every transcript completed by ManagedMedical transcribers goes through editing from our pool of Senior Editors before proceeding to Quality Control.
After each edited transcription, a Quality Assurance Specialist checks the transcription word by word against the original dictation. A second Quality Assurance Specialist then does the final proofreading, assuring our clients of quality service and processes.
